How would you compare the Bosch and thermadore machines to the Miele?

Bosch, Thermador, Gaggenau - these coffee machines are essentially the same and are built on the old Bosch platform. Thermador - this is a copy of Neff. Smeg doesn't produce it itself and it has a very old Delongie inside. If you want good coffee and want a built-in design - you only have one choice - Miele. But the same result can be obtained with a regular coffee machine for $1000

I highly discourage anyone and everyone to notttttt purchase the thermador built-in coffee maker, it's total garbageeeeeeee

I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this coffee machine. I purchased a non plumbed model a few years ago and it worked fine. In our new house, we have the plumbed version. It worked for 1 year, then needed to be replaced. A few months later, the 2nd one is now malfunctioning. The local service center is seemingly unable to repair it. At this point, I would happily return it for leas than I paid, but Thermador is not responsive either. Their other appliances (refrigeration, ovens, dishwashers) are very good, but AVOID the coffee machine!!!!

My machine is even smarter, it gives coffee as it is meant: black! And it only has 1 button. These " modern" machines annoy the hell out of me, fill milk, rinse frother etc etc while I do not take milk in my coffee

What about people that do want milk in their coffee? What about households with 5 serious coffee drinkers and they all want different coffees? They're supposed to do what YOU want?
