@@stephenhartley2853 Keep crying. In my opinion all the DLC is for the most part, fairly priced. Just get it on sale and avoid the ones you don't need. I've gotten more than my money's worth out of the damn game and I say this as a broke student who spent 200-300$ on it.

Ruler Designer could be better handled, especially when it comes to coats of arms :/

More symmetry, more options, optional heraldic mechanics, rules (dynastic shields DLC only add coats of arms to historic dynasties, but no additions to ruler designer), more options for pagan coats of arms. Maybe it's only just me, because I'm a heraldry obsessed weirdo :P Oh and don't forget the emblems... you should have them in different colours, but simple (some of them are far too complex for coat of arms), they simply don't match the theme really.

I pretty much agree with that list, because they allow you to play other religions, you have more control over your character development and of course almost 200 additional years (that enables some achievements). I basically have all DLC's for CK II and I think that 5 DLC aren't enough. Even though people hate Conclave I think it brings some realism and development to upbringing. Monks and Mystics? Really good, but expensive DLC which spices up the game, you can become really powerful with the time with multiple Magnum Opus and other artifacts or corrupted with dark magic, but it also makes assassination attepts too easy (murdered tens of Myzantine Emperors with Assassins during one lifetime). The Reaper's Due? Hell Yeah! More diseases with possible Immortality (I couldn't get through the whole event chain successfully, because of RNG...). Horse Lords? Meh, I'm not into horde thingy, steppes really drive me mad with raids, no holdings, etc., but added Silk Road got really OP with 2.8 patch and... If you combine it with Jade Dragon? Holy shit... You're flooded with gold, however Chinese are too OP at the moment (Western Protectorate - 26k, declare war = 160k to fight with = instant surrender), Chinese boons are also OP and make the game too easy when it comes to attacking other nations + new casus belli make conquering much easier (no need to use your chancellor anymore rly). Rajas Of India? The only good thing for me is forming Indian Empire with that gorgeuos orange colour or rebuilding Hephthalite Empire (sadly not by decision)... oh wait... Papal Mache ^^ and before Monks and Mystics good spot for rebuilding Zoroastrian Persia. The Republic? Different gameplay, but not too much rly. Charlemagne? Only a bookmark, but I play from it most of the time. Sunset Invasion? Muhahahahahaha... damn, I love some good bullshit xD I got some visual DLC to make it more diverse and pretty, but that' my personal opinion only. Ruler Designer? Good idea, with bad product (shit coats of arms, no Ironman, too expensive for THAT amount of content...). Content Packs? Meh, even though I have them xD Music DLC? Not yet, however viking one are cool, especially for Main Theme :3 PS: I'm still testing Jade Dragon, so my thoughts can change, however I can already spot some things that need to be balanced.

On this list? Probably not, because those 5 bring absolute basics into the gameplay, others are for more complex interractions between characters IMO :)

I think I would go with Conclave tbh, because it changes the game drastically and forces you to cooperate with your vassals, you also have more control over your offspring when it comes to development :P

Hi SocialStreamers, I really enjoy your recent videos that introduce game features/contents. Could you please do a video regarding nations with most op ideas for expansion or even WC in EU4? You can do in 2 categories: Already existing in 14444 or formable by players. For countries with the similar strength of ideas, you can consider their starting strength/position or nation-related events/decisions to figure out the ranking. Or maybe for fun, you can list nations with small size/low initial development but great potentials due to op ideas. I have some honorable mentions: Formable: Mughals, Yuan, Rum, Roman Empire, Great Horde, Italy, Russia, and etc Existing in 1444： Kazan, Ottomans, Aq Qoyunlu, Karaman, Qara Qoyunlu, Oda Daimyo, Date Daimyo, Shimazu Daimyo, Qara Qoyunlu, and etc. Besides Ottos, everyone else seems to start with low development. Last but not the least, we all know Jan Mayen is a boss here.

i have old gods and charlemagne. i checked my install folder for dlc's and found a folder which contained 3 zip or rar files ( old gods, charlemagne and free portraits) the three files were all under 50 mb. as far as im aware these are the only files to do with the dlc which means that crusader kings 2 dlc is one of the biggest scams in gaming history. they are essentially charging £5 for less than 5% of the total game data
