Owned a Gazelle for about 3 years now. Definitely meant for car camping, but it's amazing, and with either cots or air mattresses it does a great job. Liked it so much I bought another for my 70+ old dad last year, who pops it up by himself, no problem.

The Gazelle tents are amazing. Not exactly pop-up tents but definitely very fast to pitch.

These are great for day at event eg concerts sports etc or over night. The only problems with these pop up tents is they're bulky for backpackers and tho they can manage rains but lack heavy duty weather protection. Coleman Dome 5 looks good among the lot as better package. ☝️😎

I bought one, that’s a two bedroom, I love the tent, it goes up in no time. The two bedroom gazelle tent, was very good in a storm. But, and a very huge but, I have never been in a hotter tent. The mesh is so tight air can’t get in, and can’t get out. I set a high power fan inside right into the window, I went outside to the window, very little air came through the tent. So I don’t know how to resolve this problem. Other than buying a portable air conditioner/heater. If anyone has any ideas of how my tent can be a perfect tent with wind ventilation rather than spending 500.00 on a portable air conditioner, I would appreciate the info.

I Looked at Gazelle and they seemed cool. However they are longer than my 5 foot pickup truck bed, have weird doors that I hate in MY hunting blinds, and pretty expensive. I decided on a Coleman quick set up. Not as cool and likely not as tough but it’s bigger, has a normal door, and the packed size is smaller and easier to transport and it was less than half the price of Gazelle. #JTRSPARTACUS

I wish the reviews had women putting up these tents. Women have less upper body strength and height. This video does not give me confidence I can do what they did. That said, I do appreciate that only one person is setting these tents up. Coleman videos seem to always show two people.

I mean tents are pretty light. It’s nots the weight that’s the problem it’s the assembly. Or I would assume so.

I've had the T4 plus which is basically two of these with wall inbetween and put up myself. I'm 5'2" and 60 female. If I can do it I think you can do. I tried in yard first. Took 10 minutes and the I learned some things and now its about 90 seconds or so.

Me and my daughter put up the 2 bedroom, I took it down alone. I have bad shoulders or I could have put it up alone, I am a women 62. The hard part for me, because of my shoulders is pulling out the sides and back. But for what ever reason my two bedroom is so hot. I won’t use it again until I buy a portable air conditioner. The mess is too tight, but I am thinking it is a factory flaw, I have never been in a tent so hot, but I love the tent. It’s pricey, but it handled a storm with quarter size hail, didn’t move one bit, my daughters tent was popping and blowing like crazy.

Not a throughly researched list. I've had bad experiences with at least one tent on this list on the first try. Not likely to try the rest of the tents on this list for that reason. Don't waste your money.
