No they don't there are those without window hoses. I've seen them, I just need to get a good one

The ones that are ventless are not air conditioners, they are called swamp coolers thst use water by flowing it over a pad to cool, they dont work well in humid enviroments. Any unit thst has freon refrigerant will produce heat on the condenser side, and will need to be vented out the room in some way. There is no air conditioner that does not need to be vented, as the refrigerant picks up will neef to be exhausted. This video is misleading
