Top 5 Cars (In Germany?)

A trip soon to Germany got us thinking - what vehicles are we going to see there? What's popular? Will it be a Mercedes and BMW - fest? From the looks of the top selling vehicles in 2023 - not so much!

I've been to Germany many times and the last time I was there was September 2023. There are indeed many Volkswagons (People's Car) , however there are so many other brands and models as well. Some are the same name as in Canada/America but look totally different. You will find yourself snapping your neck back and forth looking at the different cars. I still do it. I'm not gping to spoil it for you by naming the cars and brands, but you will find that there are very few North American cars. Everything is smaller over in Europe and the streets are no exception, so the larger cars have trouble navigating the small town streets. Not to mention, that fuel is much more expensive (especially for you Albertans!). Take care, enjoy your trip, and look forward to hearing and seeing what you found.
