I love fasting so much. In fact I'm on day 7 of my fast and have lost 17lbs. I do however do two hours of cardio a day. I walk for an hour in the morning and at night!

@@amandatkids854 hey, I'm on day 8 now. Decided to do a dry fast today. Super tired but still managed. A little lathargic today but Mind over matter. Develope will power and discipline and fasting gets easy. I will never go back to a fad diet again!

Thank you for the video. I'm learning alot about fasting by watching many of your videos. I had some skin condition- eczema?, but it disappeared after 48 hours fasting for a few weeks. I'm not sure this is related to fasting.

I would like to ask does long-term fasting have a lasting effect on your basal metabolic rate? I heard a talk from a doctor on the KZbin channel Low Carb Down Under, and he showed some data that showed that fasting significantly decreased metabolic rate during a multi-day fast, and there were individuals who still had a much lower metabolic rate after they started eating again.
