I prefer Horizon 1 over Horizon 2 and 3 because of the atmosphere and the vibe in this game. Maybe also because of the memories. It came out when I was 11 and I played it until Horizon 2 came out... I loved it😍😍

No matter what game EVER comes around, FM4 will always be the best. Agreed with everything he said in the video. plus, it was the first racing game i ever played, it was really the only game i played. and the memories going back to it are soo nostalgic. And the soundtracks were also great! Thats when turn10 didnt turn. Now they just go in complete circles. They really need FM4 on Xbox 1. Overall love the game and always will.

FM3 AND 4 should tie! ....Without doubt FM4 was the better game, but FM3 easily had the better selection of tracks AND PHYSICS! I have often stated that we are DUE a "Heritage Version" of the Motorsport brand of Forza. Within this game we should have every car and track ever included in the franchise (Horizons can go and PLAY til they drop!), WITHOUT all the fripperies such as confetti cannons and helicopters CLUTTERING up the graphics engine and distracting racers from the next apex or the mirrors! THE FANS WANT; - The FM4 Paintbox, - The FM4 Storefronts, - The FM4 ability to CREATE intricately tailored and controlled PRIVATE LOBBY RACES! Not just as FM4, but BETTER! - The FM4 ability to vote out disruptive racers, (Kicking or Booting!) - The FM4 ability to show off YOUR cars to other players via garages your friends can visit, in 4k "AutoVista" mode (A PERFECT opportunity to use VR instead of Kinect?) - ALL the cars used in the "Motorsport" franchise so far, AT LAUNCH! UPDATES to the car list can be brought to the game via DLC as usual, WITHOUT the LUDICROUS duplicates that padded out DLC packs when NASCAR and V8 Supercars were included! (No-one was fooled and it just showed a HUGE amount of disrespect for the intelligence of those who laid their "hard-earned" cash down for the packs! ...A Turn10 trait they seem to foster with IMPUNITY!) - ALL the tracks (AND the reversed versions!) BUT with added pitlanes, for those that were "short-changed" in the rush to meet launch dates? These tracks should be there AT LAUNCH! EXTRA tracks can be added as DLC as well! There are also ADDITIONAL tools and gameplay that the fans have been asking for since FM3!; - The Fuel Consumption and weight association, PLUS the scattalogical tyre degredation rates were laughable in FM4 so returning to a slightly more realistic FM3 version would be better, and maybe just some research would be good? - Active pitlanes! Nintendo used this feature on "F1 Motorsport in 1997"! There is NO REASON it cannot be done in Forza! - Active weather! Whilst the rain is impressive in the next-gen versions, NO F.I.A.RACE DIRECTOR would SANCTION racing in such dangerous conditions. Again, Nintendo used this feature on "F1 Motorsport in 1997"! There is NO REASON it cannot be done in Forza! - Electronic Marshalling (and flags/lights) Nintendo used this feature on "F1 Motorsport in 1997"! There is NO REASON it cannot be done in Forza! - Team management (engineer comms) Nintendo used this feature on "F1 Motorsport in 1997"! There is NO REASON it cannot be done in Forza! - REAL WORLD upgrade/engineering options! It would be HIGHLY DESIREABLE if the Forza franchise actually EDUCATED the players about motorsport engineering whilst they played. This might educate them towards better car care, servicing, and the motorsport industry as a whole, if they understood what effects the modifications had on a particular aspect of a vehicle's performance and longevity. (Using high levels of upper cylinder mods will overstress the bottom end, ending in catastrophic failiure!) ....and finally, ....A realistic damage option! Race cars made of carbon fibre DO NOT DENT (metals dent!), they SHATTER! Wheels, and sometimes suspension components, come off! Panels come off! If, ...and ONLY IF, your car can make it back to the pitlane, (MOST DON'T!) you can investigate repairing it. (using the "Active Pit-lane"!) with major repairs taking longer than just changing flat tyres, for instance, and maybe even causing you to have to decide whether to retire or not! When Forza Horizons was first demo'd, those who raced regularly heaved a communal sigh of relief, as this "open world crash-fest" would surely lure away the players that destroyed the very HEART of the game with their "fun at the expense of others'" approach. Unfortunately, this was nothing to do with building a better game/franchise, but just a way to make coin at the player's expense. FM4 missed the boat there, and we hung on in there, HOPING Turn10 would actually LISTEN. No proof has been shown of that ever happening, YET! Forza Motorsport 4 and it's included DLC is STILL the best itteration of the IP! Poll after poll, has proven this, yet T10 continue to run it into the dirt, (quite literally, with the latest Horizon versions!) WHEN will Phil Spencer realise T10 are no longer the company they were and make changes?

mark simpson FM4 and Horizon1 had by far the best competitive multi-player. also the menu on these games were much better than on the new forza games. FM3 still got many things at best. good non dlc car selection, good tracks, good physics, very strong AI and the menu was better than in FM4. FM4 still wins because of multi-player lobby.

If I could change one thing, it would be replacing Forza Horizon with Forza 2, from 2007. Huge car list, excellent tracks, and a career mode that had more depth that most modern racing games. Maybe it's just nostalgia.

#5 - FH1 (my first Forza game, so i had to include it on the list. the map has a lot of variety, the car list is nice, but the sounds are terrible) #4 - FM5 (The game that got me into Forza after playing it a lot in my friend's house, so i had to include it on the list. but too bad it has been rushed to be released at the launch of the Xbox One...) #3 - FM6 (the first game i ever played in my main language and it's weird! the car list has a lot of variety and the graphics are smooth and beautiful #2 - FH2 (i did play the inferior version aka FH1.5 for the 360 and had a lot of fun. and after playing it in my friend's house, i really miss this game. the views are great especially Sisteron, Nice and Castaletto and the sounds are the best in the series) #1 - FH3 (one of the best car lists ever, the views are beyond amazing especially Surfers paradise. the engine swaps are sometimes creative and the missions every weekend are adding a lot to the game) I'm not one of the elitists who say FM4 is the best and i don't really enjoy Motorsport like Horizon

I liked Forza Motorsport 2. Created the franchise that it is today. Obviously differs in comparison with their more recent games but they tested the Xbox 360 at it's release with detail and a physics engine, the first of it's kind. Also, it was a great game which managed to do really well even without all the licensing and budget they have to play with today.

Replace Horizon 1 with Horizon 2 and put Forza 1 in the number 2 spot. FH1 fundamentally changed how people viewed console racers and really helped them appeal to people who maybe didn't want to buy a PlayStation.

Cool video but I'm in a different class for my top 5. I have 5) FMS4 4) FMS1 3) FH1, 2)FH3, 1)FM3. I was being kind to fms4 it may have been the best to some but it is exactly why they are returning to their roots now. It was the game that gave Forza the moniker simcade in the racing SIM console community. I actually prefer fms5 over fms4.

It was the online stuff like gift vinyls, paint jobs and tunes which people love a lot, aswell as the storefront on what you can buy what you want. People in the forums and livestream have been asking to have that back in the game cos it what we want.Forza Motorsport 4 was the fans and everyone favourite cos there was something for everyone. And some of it has been missing from the latest forza motorsport games. Like the Drifting (note with ppl asking "Where the **** is the Nissan Silvia S14). I'm more puzzled on where ALL the Japanese tracks have gone, with a big number of Japanese cars (like the Super GT500 Nissan GTR) appearing in the game, where can we drive them..........I would like to drive that GT500 Nissan round Suzuka cos its a track where its raced in reallife and we cant do it.Cars like is also guilty at times.....Aston Martin got the DBR9 and its the only GT1 car in the game with no other GT1 car to race against it, and theres a GT3 Vantage and a GTE/GTLM vantage......why not add one of those cars aswell.though forza 5 is the weakest which I blame Microsoft more than Turn 10 due to them rushing to get the game out on release.Forza 4 also really shined virtual racing leages like TORA (The Online Racing Association) cos it was what the guys need to do videos and races. with TORA being the first league to be under a governing body the MSA UK (Motorsport Association on the United Kingdom), aswell as them getting some of their races on public Television with Motors TV in the UK and Europe.
