Hey, Darren. Thank you for this video. I know all of these gated communities are very exclusive. Especially Beverly Park. I know a few people USC, who live in Hidden Hills & The Oaks (both 1st & 2nd Gate). I’m Out of interest what’s more exclusive Hidden Hills or The 2nd gate The Oaks?

Thanks for watching! The second gate of the oaks would be more exclusive because there are much less homes and they’re all way bigger/more expensive than the average Hidden Hills estate
