Before I left Union SQ. and Lincoln Park in the middle 1960's, I was paying $ 65 a month for a 6 room flat in a 3 family house.

East Somerville is cheap because it’s a high crime spot. I grew up in union which is the best area of Somerville.

East somerville has definitely changed a lot and continues to do so!

@@sagerobert3804 it has but it’s still has the most crime in the area. While Somerville is no longer Slummerville and wasn’t what it was 40yrs ago, I would prefer union any day
