The box prices with the Eseries is solely to do with the crystal cards. They’re worth a fortune in a 10, so the box prices mimic that. I don’t know if the holo’s will be worth a lot for a long time.

I started buying up evolutions holo charizards around this time last year for between $20 and $30 each, I knew eventually they'd go up in value but I didn't think it would happen to fast they're all selling for close to $300 on ebay so I'm sitting on a little goldmine with those now :)

You and everyone else. Thats what makes "investing" in those sets very difficult is because everyone and their dog has stocks of them. No one did that with Wotc and thats why its so valuable today. Can pretty much say the opposite with modern.

cosmic eclipse booster box is going to out pace all the modern boxes you mentioned in the next 5 years. It wasn't printed to death like evolutions and has so many awesome cards in it. not to mention the OG charizard blastoise and venusaur tag team secret rare cards.

I personally prefer Booster Box sealed products or good sealed products like the Kanto Powers box. I don't have a lot of money, around $1500 AUD (Aussie). I never invest more than 40% of what I currently have and I only buy around 1, maybe 2 sealed products a fortnight. I'm playing the long term game of even if I make 30-50% gains over months/years of time, to me it is worth doing that. Not everyone has loads of income but this passive, steady growth to me is ideal if you're very not well off financially.

I agree on most - but I think new cards and card sets are so hard to place. When evolution came out a lot talked about how bad the set was for a player standpoint. and today it has gone atleast 50% up and still going. Hidden fates have a problem cause a lot of people will invest in the set because of the hybe. But I think you are right about it being a good investment :D

nah, i dont believe in the new boxes you mentioned, there was printed soooooo many evolution boxes laying around, and the card that is worth anything is the holo zard and the FA m zard, and they arent even that expeinsive. the boxes you montioned are all charizard boxes, and i dont think that they will be so expensive beacuse of one card:) but i absolutely loved the rest of the video:D
