What is the most modern condos out in Vegas? I am a producer currently living in La Jolla, California, and I would like to find something that has a younger crowd and newer amenities. That’s a residential condo, but I can also work with condotel.

Vdara hands down, there’s two listed, one 650k one 660k. Palms place would be next, they have a lot of listings. That’s it for condotels. If you’re serious reach out to me directly and i can give you more information.

what about assessments and other hidden fees?

@@willbmcl not quite sure what you mean about assessments? Kindly clarify. All fee’s must be disclosed before purchasing a property. Such as HOA, taxes, insurance, utilities, parking fees, valet fees. Usually most these fees will be in the HOA price and declared in HOA resale package. Special assessments may be what you’re speaking of for occasional major repairs, but again they must be disclosed during the due diligence process, and your agent should present these before putting an offer in or even looking at the property.

@@ShaneJudge look at what is happening to condos in florida. owners are getting hit with $100k to, some some cases $400k assessment fees. this is the reason that i am not moving to florida.
