Dear Shivangi Jee, Your program is very informative and your screen presence is really good. However, I would like to bring your attention to the hindi transcript which is run on the screen which seems to be quite bad and ridiculously funny Where " IMBALANCE" becomes " AMBULANCE" , " DULL" becomes " DAAL" , " BAKERY" becomes " BAKRI" , "MUSCLES " become " MASALA ".... There are many more such anomalies which look quite stupid and they undermine the quality of your otherwise good episodes. It seems that not much attention is paid on this aspect which is disappointing. Hope some more care and attention is given and corrective measures are undertaken to rectify the issue which is overlooked. Regards and Best Wishes for your future episodes.

U can have lemon water with honey if u dont have low pressure...but avoid consuming coffee on empty stomach because just after waking up our cortisol level is low so best time to have coffeee by 10 to 12
