The power commander doesnt give you perfect ratio all around, and it still has the standard restrictions and uneven throttle. The best option is a good flash, and then a power commander, zeroed out for future modding between flashing. There is also the exspensive option of aftermarket professional racing ecus. Which allow more data points and variables and programable logic.

Hey Spunky boyy I have a 600 cc ninja and I want to get the catalytic converter out, new mid pipe and a new muffler. My question is with the headers what the difference between the original headers and the aftermarket ones to me they look the same, same diameter same shape, same length... all is the same! Is it the material like titanium or stainless steel or what? Mine in my zx6r I think is stainless should l use that one or what's the difference?

I own a 07 CBR 600RR, If I get a midpipe, that eliminates my cat. Does it mean I need a tune / power commander for it ?

Yes you will need to tune it after u delete the cat and you’ll need a high flow air filter as well.
