I recently built that deck it's awesome but didn't have the effect I wanted. Thought I'd help rampnthings out end games quickly but it just really gummed things up. Still fun but I've altered my expectations.

Divine Intervention is the most Evil card as well. It basically says: “Everyone loses” as much as “There is no winner”

As someone who plays Thantis the Warweaver, I do like to get the aggro ball rolling. Seeing a weird White Enchantment that can effectively do the same thing is interesting, and I never thought about Divine Intervention in that light. New ideas come to mind...

Divine Intervention combos with Vampire Hexmage. Have something like a Grand Abolisher on your field and you have a sure draw game.

Lifeline is cuddly and fun until you realize it completes the combo of Massacre Girl and Meathook Massacre in a Sac Deck. And yes, I am the sadistic monster who has done this.

Noble Benefactor is great with a Control magic deck. Your opponents get their big smashers and then you get them with the control card you Tutored for.

You'd think that Divine Intervention would be something people wouldn't get too mad against, but I've had someone get so upset at me getting the game end trigger of it off that they told everyone else in the next game to target me. I didn't really cheat it out or remove the counters unnatureally, but dude was acting like I combo killed the board turn 1. This was years ago, but it still sticks with me just how uncalled for his reaction was.

I took apart Kynaios and Tyro, it was neat in concept but in play it was miserable. I didn't like the effect it had on games at all. Then I took a bunch of the cards and put them into Kykar spellslinger and ended up with Magic the Bookkeeping dot dec.... why can't I just make a fun deck with my cards???
