Exactly....They can start as traders ...to build substantial capital but must plan to become industrialists...To ever develop Africa needs more industrialists than traders... Here is the comment I wrote: You can start as a trader to build substantial capital...but please, plan to become industrialists... 1-This video is interesting but at the same time very sad to watch...How can African countries ever develop by spending the little money they have (as countries) importing basic things like furniture, plate, spoons, clothing etc... from China?... 2-Is that what Chinese people did to get where they are in less than 40 years? In the 1990s China had about the GDP of Nigeria today...they were poor and learned how to make themselves all those products....But Africans, instead of learning they just want to import...import...import...Other people work and you just import the fruits of their labor...and you wonder why there is no jobs for young people in Africa (the continents with the highest number of young people)... As someone said...when you import...you are exporting your jobs and importing employment...and poverty... The same China is also selling all sort of machines a very affordable prices ...you can see on Alibaba (dot) com...Why not import those machines instead (before Africa start copying those machines...making them)...start factories, employ young Africans and make those products yourselves...Even India is selling machines on IndiaMart (dot)com... You will be creating thousands or even millions of jobs, increasing the GDP of your countries and you yourselves will be going from traders (millionaires) to industrialists (billionaires)...! You will become much wealthier individually and also enrich your country and your people... You can start as a trader...but please, plan to become industrialist.... 3-The worst thing is that Africans are even importing Chinese people hair for the African women! This is a HIGHLY ECONOMIC issue...Billions of dollars are going out of Africa to enrich many Asian countries and other countries because of those STUPID WIGS... Please, Google " African Ladies Spend Over $7billion On Wigs, hair, extensions And Relaxer" to see the article... Unfortunately Africa is already importing massively ...manufactured goods ...and now importing people hair too? Seriously? Wow! This is UNLIMITED RESOURCES FOR Asian countries! Gold and Oil reserves of a country can run out NOT the HAIR! ALL they need is to grow their hair again and sell to African women...! Stop talking about importing from China or anywhere. Please encourage our people to start thinking producing locally. You just don't help our people telling them about what to import. Tell them what they import that could be produced or processed locally. Thank you

How about you go advocate for producing locally, instead of acting like his idea isn’t valid. Before Africans learn to produce, how do they survive??🤦🏽♀️

I don't understand it is madness, why You don't do it in Africa? These all easy to make goods like the furniture etc, shoud be done in Africa. So the encouraging Africans to buy these staff from abroad, it is simple betrayal of Africa. I understand some high advanced technology, but furniture? Africa will never become developed, if people will think like so.
