Love my ArkPro! Perfect light for bartenders. I use the magnet to light up the beer cooler for hands free illumination, the UV to check big bills authenticity quickly and the laser to get someone's attention across the club or point out a customer to another staff member.

Thanks for your great rundown of these flat style lights. The Arkflex is my favorite. What a versatile light. I have no need for UV or a laser as in the Arkfeld models.

The new olight seems nice. But i still prefer the wedge for edc. It is much more user friendly in its simplicity to use. One thing i wish the wedge had though would be a 15 lumes mode. I dont need 300 when trying to read a paper in the dark.

Agreed! If the wedge has the same switch but locked in on high medium low with medium being the 300 that would be a perfect edc

I got the Olight Arkfeld Pro & love it. The 1300 lumen white light has enough for anything I want to use it for, the 5 watt laser is my cats best/worst new friend, and the stronger UV light shows things nobody knew were there, but are. Might have to grab a couple black light posters, like were everywhere in the 60's. ✌❤

My ideal edc light is 0.5 inch flat, less than 4.5 inches long, can run a constant (hour long) beam at 500 lumens minimum and doubles as a power bank. One can dream.

All these great wedge flashlights and none of them come and some nice warm LED colors like 4,000 or 4500 Kelvin. I had to take apart the Nightcore the little cool keychain flashlight and replace the emitters in it , which involves flow soldering. Now I kind of want to get the big Nightcore wedge and redo those emitters. Not only do you have to do the emitter swap but you also have to source the emitters which sounds easy when you look at online suppliers but it's not as easy as it seems because you have to match the perfect size the perfect power and the color you want and the CRI you want. The first time I did the keychain swap it looked fantastic until about 3 seconds later when I turned it on high and it blew the emitters Please, all companies offer a warmer emitter option.
