Hey Jason, getting ready to move to Flagstaff in the next couple of months. Having a hard time finding something I like in my price point(300-400k) any advice is much appreciated!!

That is a tough price point. Good news is prices are starting to come down. That price range Railroad Springs, West Village Estates and Greenlaw area come to mind. Doney Park possibly. Reach out anytime and I can get a better idea of your situation. It’s going to be doable over the next few months.
