I told my sister that there is so many cool things in CA that I want to see. I love seeing folk art and the folks who run it are so interesting. I’ll have to find your bills at The Ski inn. Salvation Mountain is one of my top roadside attraction I want to visit. Thanks for all the tips.

Yeah, that’s a big one to not have that included. Salton Buttes is an active volcanic complex!

You forgot to mention the Ski Inn is the lowest bar in the Western hemisphere at 223ft. below sea level. I met a lot of really fun locals there and had some good conversations. Like you said, it's not a bad place to eat, either. I even went back once!
