Greetings, I cover how to make FDA compliant labels my herbal business assistant course. The short answer is yes you have to list all ingredients. A nutritional or fact panel may be required/optional depending on what type of products you are selling & the claims you make.

Most legit farmer’s markets/popups may require you to have a sellers permit. To get a sellers permit you will need an EIN & DBA. However, a lot of random popups may not require this.

That’s a question specific to your tea blend, the herbs you choose, how many tea blends you have, and the desired quantity of tea you would like to make. The quantity that I purchased will not be the same quantity that you will need.

I think you’re referring to the statements found on most packaging from herbal supplier. All companies have to legally mention this statement because of the material the herbs are packed in, however I’ve found this warning statement on mostly all popular herbal vendors packaging. If this is of concern to you, your best option is to buy directly from organic farmers. Hope this offers some clarity!
