Squat: glute ham raise, hanging ab raise. Bench: Dips, Overhead Press. Deadlift: Kettle Bell swings, Farmers Carry. Overall: pull ups, light band pull aparts (100 reps EACH workout), cheat curls, sled pushing, YTWL's.

If you have access to a reverse hyper machine fucking take advantage. It makes your lower back feel fucking incredible and it almost completely fixed my anterior pelvic tilt after just using it 3 times

Super heavy good mornings were the shit for me. There wasn't much of a ROM going on and I must have looked incredibly stupid repping between my squat and deadlift max in a sumo stance but it built the shit out of my erectors and got me big time PBs.

front squats are fuckin awesome, zerchers too. then bent over barbell row and pull ups for us thin torso guys.

I refer to all other types of squats as variations and refer to leg presses, lunges, extensions ext. as accessories same for bench and deadlifts

Another thing for block pulls vs rack pulls, if your not really carefule rack pulls can fuck bars up quick block pulls not gonna have that problem so the gym owner won't get pissy with you and kick you out

Good Mornings were a game changer for me for both squat and deadlift. I used to avoid them because they looked dangerous. But I stopped being a pussy and incorporated them. Nothingelse i've ever tried has made that kind of impact.

Matt Lifts good mornings use a lot more glutes and hams than you think. So I find it not to bad on the lumbar

Long as you keep the bar over mid-foot and move your ass back. I use an SSB every week.

How u feel about using bands or any kind of accommodating resistance? We do a lot of max effort work with bands. You feel like it's better just to use them for speed work or ME work?

Do u think weighted dips are a good assistance for Bench Press? I only did weighted Dips and my Bench Press was pretty Solid, when i did them.

Absolutely they sure can be. Though for some people they lack the shoulder stability to do them without pain. If they are pain free for you, go right ahead.

Hey dave. Im a novice lifter and i would like to know the difference between secondary exercise, supplemental exercise, accessory exercise and auxiliary exercise. Are they the same thing? If don't, what is their differences.
