Adding a few of these to my leg day and especially slowing down my eccentric movements even more than I do now. Super helpful.

Is anyone just happy with their body, and some of us are worse. I was anorexic for years 6’4” @ 152 I have put on 80lbs in 3 years this august and I still feel bad about myself just knowing what’s inside and when people say “you skip leg day” when I do it 2x a week. But not like you so thanks for giving me the knowledge to push past this last plateau! Keep up the workout videos, I know they might not be huge views but they do help the real little people.

I've never seen anyone else do sets like this. It's great to finally see a "big guy" who gets it and why this is how you should do workouts. Now, it you would add x-pause reps in addition, you'd blow up even faster.

What is your thought on changing the angles of your toes during your quad extensions? Sometimes I keep my toe straight other times I do the three different angles depending on my workout
@TheDutchsportslover2 ай бұрын
With regard to the leg extension: why do the hold with the legs straight, so the muscles are in the most shortened position, instead of with the legs bent, meaning the muscles are in the most stretched position?

Very impressive. I’m guessing that you just do one working set of each exercise given the incredible intensity? I understand the slow negative and pronounced stretch but aren’t fast twitched fibers responsive to a more explosive concentric or are you stating that the hypoxic environment is just as viable of a fast twitch stimulator?

🤷🏻♂🤦🏻♂ going downhill reading doesn't destroy fibers, it doesn't signal hypertrophy according to studies, why use drugs, even walking you gain a lot of muscle mass, like all the most famous natural youtubers in the world are here proving with studies on the use of drugs. even without doing anything you gain more than 4 times of those who train natural, so your teachings of those who use drugs don't serve for those who don't use drugs, because you teach many mistakes, like that of going down slowly, the descent has to be controlled, but it can't be slow induced. 🤷🏻♂🤦🏻♂ Ronnie collemann used drugs, but He trained correctly.👍
