i have received unconditional offer letter from rmit for feb 2025 intake i have liquid funds 17 lakh in parents acc and getting a loan from union bank non collateral of 37 lakh. pte score 63 no less marks then 58 btech marks CGPA 8.2 pointer overall Will there be any problem for visa?
