This is part of my business pitch for my meeting in a few days. I was gifted a building to start my fighting academy. And afterwards I randomly ran into a multimillionaire who owns the gym here in town who wants to utilize,the other side of his gym for a form of combat activity... So potentially I can walk away from this meeting with a major investor and 2 buildings..... And yes Seminars is part of that pitch!!!!
