Hi can you recommend a blade for cutting 8mm clear acrylic sheet?
@DailovespoonsThomas Жыл бұрын
Hi, Great to hear from you. Not something I have done before. I would suggest a less aggressive blade than the one I normally use. So a lower number for example a number 5 blade. A Niqua Pebecco might be more suitable because it is less aggressive than the Niqua Speed. I have attached a link below to the blade I would try myself. Might come down to a bit of trial and error though!! en.niqua-shop.de/collections/51-holzlaubsageblatter/products/holzlaubsageblatter-pebecoreverse?variant=35487281086619 Hope it does the job, thanks again for supporting our KZbin channel. Hi, great to hear from you. I work with a Niqua speed number 9 reverse tooth blade. Works great for the work I do. I have attached a link below for you. en.niqua-shop.de/collections/51-holzlaubsageblatter/products/holzlaubsageblatter-niqua-speed?variant=35483684569243 Pegas do their own version of the same blade and in the USA for example it is the Flying Dutchman blade. If you go for the Niqua speed blade make sure it is Niqua speed you get because they make lots of different ones and some are vastly inferior to work with. Какое дерево Вы используете?
@DailovespoonsThomas Жыл бұрын
We use all sorts of different wood. Alot is recycled from old furniture and things like window frames. Oak is the most popular wood we use but we also work in Teak, Mahogany, fruit wood, Juniper, Yew, Ash, Sycamore. Whatever we can get hold of. Thanks again for supporting our KZbin channel. Hi, great to hear from you. The finish we use is shellac sanding sealer. I have attached a link below to the one we use ourselves. We apply three coats. Sanding down the wood between each coat. fiddes.co.uk/shop/wood-finishes/shellac-polish/shellac-sealer/ Thanks again for supporting our KZbin channel. All the very best from us all. 👍👍

I have trouble figuring prices.
@DailovespoonsThomas Жыл бұрын
Pricing is always a challenge. Never seems to get any easier and it's usually underestimating the time involved in making an item.🤣
