Hi Ryan, I've finally tried the Ivy's mutton soup at pasir panjang food center. I had the tendon with stomach. Personally find that the soup taste is nice but a bit lacking - 还少一味。That doesn't mean I dun like it. I think I will go back again, coz the ingredients inside is different from other places. They have black fungus, tau pok and tau kee, which is nice. The price is steep, so I guess only very once in a while. However, thank you for the introduction. I would like to recommend the one at chong pang hawker center. First stall that sells pig organ and mutton soup. Their mutton soup is yummy and flavourful. Go woodlands also MUST eat the claypot bak kut teh at blk 19 Marsiling Lane coffeeshop. Ben sure know the soup is tip top. Beside also got sell the Yan Ji type of seafood soup.. the hawker beside also have another version... If Ryan try the bkt soup he sure SIIIIUUUUUU

To be honest based on my observations with this video and food King, Ryan is a very emotional person and tend to give food that he is familiar with and more accustomed to a higher rating. No offence to Ryan because I understand that food is a very emotional thing. Take for example, no one is a better cook than your mum. On the other hand, the objective me will always go for Yan Ji Seafood, as we can see from most of the cast, though being "influenced". Haha. Personally, I would like to see more objective and "applicable to the mass market" content is definitely more sustainable, as compared to content that is "influenced".
