I think when a restaurant doesnt waste parts of a food, that the preparation and non used products can all lead to a secondary product in of itself, its just smart to me. Actually, the guy's been on worth it a few times. He's very hospitable, and not only is he getting publicity, but i feel like at this point he knows both andrew and steven like a friend. Dude's pretty nice all round too, not just to them but to all his customers. You can see his passion in food just by the way he talks about it ☺️
