1. Thrall - Took down Deathwing. 2. Cairne Bloodhoof - Basically played with Garrosh during their mak'gora. 3. Varok Saurfang - Been kicking ass since the First War. 4. Sylvanas Windrunner - 3000 years of ranger experience under her belt. 5. Grommash Hellscream - Took down a fuckin' demigod. 6. Rexxar - Saved the Horde from Daelin Proudmoore. 7. Garrosh Hellscream - Kicked Taran Zhu's ass and is a great tactician. 8. Vol'jin - A Shadow Hunter who has been trained in the martial arts. 9. Ogrim Doomhammer - Defeated Anduin Lothar in single combat. 10. Lor'themar Theron - Has an eye patch.

You forget Baine Bloodhoof: - He is stronger than Garrosh (even old Cairne was far stronger than Garrosh and Thrall in a duell), Baine can send human and quilboars flying with a single hit (one-handed). - He defeated his own echo and later himself from an alternate timeline despite beeing unequipped. By that he rescued most people on the aftermath of Garrosh trial. - Baine was one of the last man standing (melee) fighters on the broken shore (thrall and Voljin were down) - Baine is always holding back his aggresion and bloodthirst unlike certain other character who relay on the "anger-boost", i think he is afraid of his own potential. - he is "light-snesitive" -> he was ableto use fearbreaker at full potential - retake his city thunderblood after the betrayal of the grimtotem; outnumbered and with minimum loses. - After rscued by Reaxxar and Shen as a calf, he started to train and master combat against Cairne's will. - Baine was already the leader of his tribe at a young age (14 or 16) ->he is the greatest diplomate and one of the very best fighter withing the horde.

1 time she was killed by the Lich King, 1 time she committed suicide and 1 time she was betrayed and shot from the back when least expecting it after winning against the worgens. All 3 times she died say nothing about her power since none of them were a fair fight and 1 was suicide. Lol. Sylvanas is the strongest character the horde has at the moment and she's a great leader too.

Hey man no one loves Thrall more than me believe me. But believe me Sylvanas is one of the most powerful characters in Azeroth. I know she is dead now but before she died she defeated Saurfang like he was a child. And Saurfang is one of my favorite characters too and I knew before the fight started he wasn't even going to harm her. The fact he landed a single blow is luck and trickery rather than skill.

Nathanos not being on this list surprised me. He is a brilliant ranger, with a ruthless personality to boost. He was so succesful in life that the Farstriders accepted him, despite being a human, although then discriminated about him. He has a reputation that makes his enemies scared of him and he always keeps his chill. The Abomination, Ramstein who took his life constantly ran scared from him since he was raised into undeath, despite him being only a human and the Abomination, being, well, an Abomination. He also always appears like he is holding himself back whenever he takes action, like when he fought with Genn atop Stormheim and still took him on quite easily. These days, with him starting to doubt Sylvanas, even if slightly, we might see what he is truly capable of.

It works like this, if i go to a restaurant and the food takes 45 min to get to my table after ordering, just for me to find out it has been overcooked. I'll just leave a couple of points here. First. Sylvanas was losing against Malfurion 1v1. She walked away because Saurfang interfered. Next. The Alliance technically started this fight. It is canon lore and in game that - before - the War of Thorns, the Alliance attacked and killed unarmed goblin civilians who were mining in Silithus. Why? To get Azerite. Said goblins defended themselves by throwing punches. So if you want to take the moral high ground about Teldrassil? Just make sure that you recognize what was done in Silithus. Also. When Alliance players refer to the NPC who was giving them quests on Darkshore, and who told Sylvanas that she cannot kill Hope "some rando"... It makes me shake my head. Just for reference, I main ww monk both factions.

Listen everyone, here’s what the end plot of battle for azaroth and who made Sylvanas warcheft should be. The void wants Sylvanas's soul but each time she has die she has been resurrected by her followers. So the void lord knew the only way to possess her soul permanently was to have the mortal races destroy all her resources. So they devised a plan where they'd tell vol'gin in his dying breath that she would need to become warcheft if the horde were to survive the legion. That way, when she started her own agenda she would cause so much havoc the mortal races would have to unite to defeat her and destroy everything she possesses that way when she dies this time, she will be dead for good. Okay.. first of all: Yes, Lor'themar theron is strong, but i wouldn't put him on this list. secondly, rexxar has never actually joined the horde. He's doing his jobs alone, since just as you say, he only trusts his beasts, and therefore this list is only the 4 strongest of the horde, and 1 neutral survival hunter. last, Thrall was strong before, yes.. But he no longer have the elements on his side, reducing his powers by alot. You can call him a wise elder orc, or a former shaman.

I don't see Alyeria as really powerful. She is just coming into hers and much of her abilities are not yet known. She is really more of a pawn then a source of power yet. I think one that you need to consider is Tyrleon (the lightforge) and Genn Greyfang (Gilnea Leader). Both are considerably powerful and have stood up to some serious bosses. I think much of what they can actually do is not out there yet. It has been suggested that Turelyon has knowledges too from his travels and with his working with the Army of the Light. In addition we need to consider a few others: Mequatorque, Any of the leaders of the Council of Three Hammers and even Magni Bronzebeard.

I think the main advantage the alliance has over the horde is half the leaders are some Millenia years old and have fought many different wars and the legion as well as people and creatures much more powerful than most of the factions While the horde (from what im told by horde people and not just the alliance and my horde characters ) haven’t fought the legion as much. The horde did well though in legion from my experience with my hunter but the main advantage is that since the Alliance leaders are so much older than most of the horde leaders their experiences, skills, and knowledge is much more vast than the horde. Main Horde advantage (in my opinion, don’t go whining to me about that) is that they do literal war tactics that involve more brutal and immoral means. The alliance does do it too but usually its more of a reluctance on some leaders part. Even then they later agree its not a good thing thing. Same with Horde but at least the Horde knows that sometimes there can be no other way or there’s simply no fair play in war. I’m Alliance main but I do play Horde to try to understand their perspectives though usually there’s some sort of sad debate for the Horde’s current position from even true Horde fans that confuse me. This is all my opinion so if you whine about it know that everyone is entitled to their own thoughts and beliefs.

Well, one problem with this list. Thrall is not apart of the Horde anymore. He's AWOL and left the Horde to first Garrosh and then Sylvanas. Everything wrong with the Horde today is entirely his fault. He went onto prioritize other things than leading the Horde and leading it honorably. Last i checked Thrall threw himself off a cliff in the Shaman Orderhall or something.

Meh, more like "my favorite Horde characters", Varok and Rexxar are still just a warriors without any significant magic, Lor'Themar and Sylvanas aren't very powerful either. Thrall is currently pretty weak but honestly at his prime he would be the second most powerful Horde character with Gul'Dan being first. The other 3 would probably be Rommath, Thalyssra and Broxigar.

Brox took demon army alone, what has Varok done? Dunno about trolls but Thrall definitely isn't stronger than Gul'Dan. Yes he took Deathwing but he used dragon soul (that shit absolutely destroyed Alexstrasza in WC2 when used by pleb orc with barely any power) and was buffed by dragon aspects. He also was weakened after it, just like dragon aspects. He's still very powerful though.

Sooo for me Thrall can easly defeat her with all He accomplish... I know about the comics and this "relation" with the void. For me it's just a way for the void to make fall Alleria. Granted, WoW/Warcraft doesn't show too many feats of its lore characters, so it can be kinda tricky

Too all those saying that Warriors are week because they dont have magic or use a bow...have you ever done pvp in WoW before? Or PvE warriors are almost always among the strongest if not the strongest. Plenty of heroes on both sides that were warriors that defeated magic users in the lore. This is WoW universe not real life cant cherry pick certain strengths and weaknesses from reality and throw it into fantasy world.

In the alliance video you said that the 5 chosen characters are the strongest CURRENTLY in the alliance lorewise, in my opinion ,and if you are following the same pattern in this video then Thrall shouldn't be in the list as he is weak after being abandoned by the elements and giving up doomhammer.

In the end, i still think all the elves leaders are stronger than those warrior orcs. Simply because they are thousand of years old. Look at Thalyssra for example, how is she with the arcane knowledge and at least 10.000 years old are not better than Varok or so.(She did run away from Jaina but that is another story)

Lol I’m not even a horde player and it’s hilarious how many people are saying Syl doesn’t deserve number 1. I actually agree that number 2 or 3 suits her as she *spoilers* loses to Malfurion, but damn, the not my warchief stuff is sad. She does want what is best for the horde, she is just the ends justify the means type. Id have added Hamuul, he is pretty powerful, almost as powerful as Malfurion, or even Rokhan, he is one of the most powerful and cunning shadow hunters, people tend to undetestimate the shadow hunters but they are insanely strong.
