Honestly I've never met anyone who even really gave a shit about pre-planning. It's just a slightly more in depth version of assets for most heists. Idk I personally don't care for pre-planning much

Yk it’s very underrated but having a safe house that developed as you progress was a major reason why I grinded out payday. Plus, safe house raids didnt hurt. Seeing the safe house during the cinematics has me interested in seeing what the new base looks like

Tbh I am not a fan of the Overkill weapons system. I barely play them except for killing the Dozer. I want to match my build to my Minigun or flamethrower and have fun mowing everything down. I know SB wants to keep it more realistic but it also isn't realistic to have infinite ammo in a double barrel shotgun and yet it is fun as hell. I totally agree with your top 5 even the order. Goood video keep it up :)

A customisable safe house would be cool! Spend your money upgrading rooms and changing the layout. A big vault room again where your money builds up as you earn it, as well as gold and paintings

One of the weirder problems Payday 3 has, it has no short small jobs, stuff like Jewelry Store, Bank Heist, Mallcrasher or Nightclub. Are all of these small, quick couple minute jobs most of the time, sure but they also would let Overkill try weird things, make interesting one off scenarios that get old fast but a fast heist that will not be a big problem. Adding a couple of these jobs would also flesh out the idea of bringing the crew back together, starting from almost nothing again, you need quick cash, you make a quick robbery. Personally, i would like Overkill to bring some of the old quick heists back, reworked for Payday 3 and due to these being smaller heists to make and plan, they could add them over time so there would be less empty time where nothing is happening in terms of new content. Also, bring back preplanning, good lord is the new system absolute garbage, the idea is ok-ish, but why not have the old preplanning and just give each team member limited favors, total 8 with a team of 4 each having 2 to use, if your playing on a smaller team the favors will get given out to the current members, so a team of 2 would have 4 favors each, this would fix the "one person buys all assets" problem they wanted to fix while not punishing solo players with only 1 asset in total.

Dirty ice is only long if you maximize profits. You can clear all loot in like 2 to 3 minutes if you know what your doing. I've done it that quickly on my channel before if your curious what that looks like

Talking about armor - kinda right. Current system may be expended in many diferent ways. More types - more builds. I personaly want armor with no regen, but high resist and 4 or maybe 5 plates to play true tank.

I thought more heists/guns was too obvious to put on this list, it's kind of a given. A more in depth point would have been to give current and upcoming heists more replayability with more RNG and possible loot (like ATMs for example). Also this game needs an infamy system and more challenges/achievements, give us an actual reason to play.

This game need either a goal to works towards or an abundance of heists that are fun to play. For now, the heists are just too shallow and low in Number, so fun can't be the reason to play. “More guns, more skills, more heists” bro this is the most basic ass take I’ve ever seen. No shit the game needs more content, that’s already what the team is working on. We need to suggest actual changes that Starbreeze might not be aware of, such as; Achievements for completing heists and finding secrets in heists. This change would single-handedly fix the replay-ability issues that game has because it would be an easy change (and therefore more widely implementable and scalable across all current and future heists) and it would add a ton of urgency to each run of a heist. Right now it’s just “eh I’ll maybe try to get all bags, don’t really care if I do” or “eh I’ll just play overkill it’s easy enough” and there are no hidden objects scattered throughout heists. The best part of Payday2 was that you had goals beyond just getting money and exp, sure that was the main goal, but you had other goals such as “it’s risky but let’s go back for that last loot bag so we can get the all bags achievement” or “I’ve got some downtime while y’all do the main obj, I will go hunt for hidden objects” or “let’s do this hidden objective for bonus loot that will be extra challenging but worth it for the achievement”. All of these things are so simple yet so impactful. These are the changes we need to push for, we can’t keep asking for major reworks and major content, that stuff will come, we need to focus on the small things the devs can do alongside the big changes that will still make a significant impact.

this might be an unpopular opinion, but I wish they would bring back detection rates, the current system just sucks in my opinion, you bring a full on LMG and heavy armor and you're telling me no one is noticing that? i get they did it so people can play stealth or loud without having to change your loadout or skills but it's just a cheap way to achieve that imo.
