Hello, How is everybody? I'm 52 years old and I feel younger than this age, my days start at 4:a.m and end at 9:.p.m, no smoking, neither alcohol, once in a blue moon some red wine only. A exercise routine 6 times a week very early in the morning, that's all. A warm regard.😊😊

My mother was extremely difficult. I felt relief when she died. I miss her in some ways still. I'm 62 and stick to a schedule. I pick up my grand dog every day and walk for an hour. Next I do errands and weight lift. I'm healthier now than I've ever been. My husbands boss thought I was 40 years old.

I grew up on a blue zone diet. Seventh day Adventist parents. Our grocery list was simple. 1 berries and oatmeal . Usually at breakfast A legume with an ancient grain A leafy green A nut Fill the rest of the day with what ever but get these in. We eat a legume at every meal. Peanut butter on toast, hummus for lunch, chickpeas in a side salad. Take your meds as food. I’m 54 am not on any prescriptions that said, I do have plenty of down falls I do love coffee, salt on my avocado, tea with my popcorn, wine with my thoughts. Diet is important.

For menopause the best thing to do is to start HRT (hormonal replacement therapy). The things he's mentioning have estrogen but in a light way. It works for some women but many of us need way more along with progesterone, also low impact exercises, weight based exercises, lots of protein and fiber.

Additionally, I encourage you as a sister in Christ to seek Christian counseling to determine if there is a root cause for never having a true friend in the flesh. I believe from my own experience with various doctors is the failure to take blood pressure correctly. We really have to ask are these studies accurate as it being their blood pressure are taken correctly. In every doctor visited, they don't follow the protocol of correctly taking it. They don't ask when was the last meal eaten prior to arriving to the visit because this would result in wrong blood pressure reading. They don't give you a time to relax before taking your blood pressure. That causes wrong blood pressure reading and they fail to not talk to you while taking your blood pressure. That will cause incorrect blood pressure and failing to have both your feet flat on the floor as well as arm on a desk leveled. That too causes incorrect blood pressure readings. So, we have to ask are these blood pressure studies being done under correct conditions.

@@POSS99 - To quote Jim Carrey: “I wish everyone could get rich and famous and have everything (materially) they ever dreamed of so they can see that's not the answer.” It's people who don't have even enough to live on - who think that money is the answer, when it's not. Which is NOT to say ignore money - quite the opposite - be responsible with money so you can use your time & energy concentrating on the important things in life like loving and being there for others, while discovering deeper levels of yourself as well.

I’ve heard mixed things about the cold before bed. I understood it as the cold will fire up the internal burners to warm yourself up. I have tried the reverse, doing a sauna before. I find I’m hot but then start to cool quickly. I also find I have an increased alertness when I do the cold, which seems counter to what I’d want right before bed. Maybe it has different effects on others.

Dear Dr. Axe, thank you for all your help! Your kindness, honesty and knowledge are a blessing! Could you please tell me for how long should we take these supplements? For example take them for 3 months, stop for a month and start again? Thank you once more.

1st Corinthians 13:1 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous. It does not brag, does not get puffed up, 5 does not behave indecently, does not look for its own interests, does not become provoked. It does not keep account of the injury. 6 It does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth. 7 It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never fails Yes Sir Brother Axe, you are 100 % correct Love IS absolutely a choice not a feeling.
