Hi, this is Samantha. I love watching your videos. I love seeing truck drivers out on the highway, and waving/smiling at them. As my way of saying, “Thank you, for your service.” I never knew/realized how hard being gone on the road, for a trucker. For a whole week, or longer. I’m a big fan of the show Deadliest Catch. The guys on each of the boats. On the show. Are gone for months at a time. Sometimes longer. During the crabbing season in the fall/winter months. It gives me much appreciation for them. As I do, for the truck drivers. I used to have to go down to California a lot. Sometimes my dad would take me, and I would wave at the truckers. As we passed by them in my dad’s car. On the highway. Do you ever get requests from kids wanting you to blow your truck horn at them? When you’re passing by them in their family’s car?

More often than not if I'm going through a suburb. I'll see kids on a playground and I'll blow it a few times. Never gets old 😄

Truck driving will age you like milk. Stressful, sedentary for most of the time, truck stop food, unhealthy sleep, etc.

Not everyone has an unhealthy lifestyle like this. My wife meal prepped for me and we have a great marriage, so my career has been very positive
