No one should try for twins. It is by definition a high risk pregnancy. And there is no vitamin that increases chances of twins.

Well there are many factors so I can’t just answer a huge question like that without knowing more. But PCOS doesn’t stop people from having babies. It often just means help is required.

What are your thoughts on CoQ10 and Myo-Inositol with D-chiro Inositol? I wasn't ovulating according to my progesterone tests, however I introduced these two supplements along with acupuncture I have been consistently ovulating since. No pregnancy at this point but it was nice to see that my body has begun to ovulate so perhaps somewhat on the right track. I decided to try this route before clomid which my OBGYN has prescribed. Also, I already have been taking Vit D3, Prenatal and a vegan fish oil (I have a fish and shellfish allergy).

So I want to know for culturing blastocysts in embryoscope incubator If an hatched blastocyst (pierces its zona pellucida) shortly after 108 hours (i.e. 4 and a half days) of culture (that the cluster of cells comes out of its membrane) and this for about ten hours (for example) I also have a video that shows the blastocyst created hatching in culture Is it absolutely necessary to carry out vitrification (even if the liquid has dispersed) then 48 hours later proceed to devitrification thereafter or can we transfer the blastocyst directly into the uterine cavity? You’d have to explain what you mean. I think you’re asking if there is a way to avoid freezing after a PGT biopsy. It can be done but it’s very difficult and can only be done with in-house PGT if the blast expands by day five and gets transferred on day 6
