I would happily live in The Shire :) And Rivendell, yes yes yes. The Elvish cities are sooo pretty! I would definitely choose to be an elf in Middle Earth....and marry Legolas of course!haha!

A few years late, but my all time favourite cities are: - Ithilien from LOTR -Dol Amroth from LOTR -Doriath from the Silmarillion -Weep from Strange the dreamer Yup, I'm a huge LOTR fan

ahh Hobbiton... the Shire is my dream trip! I would love to go there... however Rivendale is there I want to live! I loved reading about it and the way Peter Jackson portrayed it in the movies! Goosebumps every time Rivendale music played LOVED it!

1. Luthadel (Mistborn) - I love everything about this city; from it's political landscape to Kredick Shaw. 2. The Chromeria (Lightbringer) - buildings literally made of colors; giant mirrors to reflect a a large amount of light...I love it. 3. Babylon Restored (Steelheart) - aka New York City half-submerged in water; plants growing from the inside of skyscrapers, spray paint brightening the city, the bridges connecting all the hald-submerged buildings together...Honestly, I'm obsessed. 4. Ketterdam (Six of Crows) - Hellgate, the University, and the Barrel. Enough said. 5. Kharbranth (Stormlight Archives) - the fact that it's a city within the crevice of a cliff alongside the ocean, to protect from the sandstorms, blows my mind. Those are my top 5 cities atm. I can't wait to discover more of them!

It was a tricky week this week! I almost picked the Shire but panicked about it being a city :') aha Hogsmede though! I'd love to go there! I love that edition of Little Women behind you - what edition is it? x

yh it’s named after there, in the infernal devices series it’s mentioned that the country that Shadowhunters’ Alicante is in, Idris, shares its name with real places like cadair idris in wales
