Abadango and Mr.R seems to be in a character crisis. Mr E has to adapt to Lucina's consistency than Marth's precision. CaptainZack really wants to stick with Bayonetta as much as he can. Ultimate is a different game with engine, meta, and mechanics. But for example if Mewtwo and Sheik are ever buffed...with their hard work...it's over.

I thought Leffen was gonna make it on PGR tbh. He placed 9th at Ultimate Nimbus, 13th at Pound 2019 (beat ZD and LingLing), 17th at Genesis 6 (beat WaDi and Seagull Joe), and 7th at Valhalla 2. However yesterday he won Toryumon ( a weekly tourney in Japan ) with his new main , Joker . We might even see a really early upset against Nairo at EVO , seeing how he is playing so well recently . Ken also the 1st or 2nd best Japanese player from smash 4 had a bad start with ultimate due to the major character nerf to Sonic . But recently figured things out and has been dominant , being easily top 5 in Japan . So I would say , give Mr.R some time . I think he would climb up the ranks if he finds he characters that clicks with him

From what we can infer based on this list so far though is that notable wins on more than likely top 15 or so players like Cosmos, Nairo, and MkLeo boosted some players up by quite a bit (Leon and Mr. R for example)

X Factor is basically a Panel of 30 players and their opinions of a randomized Top 50. That's why Ryuga has a -17 at 33rd. + means a higher ranking, - meanings a lower ranking.

DEAD WOOPER, you have a poor understanding of how the PGR works lol. It accounts all players not just top 50. He will basically be shadow ranked. They will have him ranked in the algorithm but he himself will not be on the ranking.
