@@as-scaling Is that all as an argument? But it sucks, there is no saying about an amplification like Momoshiki base is 100x stronger than Naruto KCM and Sasuke. Which could make it possible to scale it higher. In fact, you are only assuming. If A is stronger than B but B is worth City block level, we will not scale A with multi cityblock because it is above B. Its value will be City Block because it has a value a little above B. To put A multi city block, B would have to have a City Block+ feat, or A would have to use 10% of his power to beat B or simply A would have to have an enhancer that makes him X times stronger than B.
