It has to be noted that the B&C has a demodulation ring in it that really lowers distortion and improves high-frequency extension (which also increases perceived volume). It's basically in a class of it's own.

Hey im just wondering are all those speaker 4ohms i know b&c speaker are usually 8ohms. So if any of those speaker are 8ohms and the rest are 4ohms the 8ohm actually getting less power from the amp.please check the ohms impedance so they all receive the same power output.

Hey great section... here in NY & NJ we use EVs.. Comando ... Timpano and olso B&C in the box we call it CHUCHERO 6.5..8..10..12 with 2 tweeters and 1 drive ( you should go and Google )

Hey Mike, greetings from Florida! I love music and I'm trying to upgrade my sound system on my ford f150 for a clean and quality sound system I've been doing a research for over a month now on speakers and stuff, I think I've watched every single video of yours about comparison and reviews and I'm still having a really hard time to decide what speakers to get for a complete round up in my truck, I do everything my self I've done all the mods on my truck my self with passion and I love it, but I really need your help Mike please what do you recommend for me, I'm trying to keep the price reasonable since it's really hard to make money and I don't want to be disappointed again with my choices, I've just ordered a recoil class D 4ch amp 2ohm-4ohm stable with 300rms at 2ohm x 4 and 210 rms at 4ohm x4 noise ratio 85db and frequency 15hz - 25khz and trying to find the best affordable speakers that would complete my set up. I'm going to do a sound deadinng on all doors as well, I recently bout a Polk Audio amp(wich I'm returning tomorrow due to overheating) to replace it with the recoil amp above👆 Currently the Polk Audio is running my jbl GTO939 6x9 Coaxial 100w rms 300w peak on the front and the jbl GTO629 6.5 2way Coaxial 60w rms 180w peak on the rear, also a different amp for my 2x12" mtx subs, Im using aftermarket android tesla style head unit. I added a line out converter lci7 then connect the 2 amps, but I feel a little incomplete, I bought the gbl gto tweeters you recommended in one video aslo bought the BZRK tweeters because they look nice as well, haven't installed them yet because the ohm doesn't add up, can you please recommend me something to complete a good sound, I'm thinking to go with 2 way component speakers and trying to decide for a good midrange speakers for rear since I have the tweeters, I'm even willing to add 2 more 5 inch speakers and modify the rear doors if necessary! You have a lot of experience what should I get for the new amp that I got! I would really appreciate you bro... Really need your opinion and suggestions 🙏 I will copy and paste this to your videos till I get your attention 😁

Their might be a change in the response at lower frequencies but the upper frequencies aren't going to change enough to make one better than another just because it's in an enclosure. It is possible that I have overlooked some content that you have. But I was wondering why you have not reviewed, to my knowledge at least, any JL Audio speakers? Or Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.5 from Infinity? I have found these to be excellent mid-range speakers , that when the crossovers are properly adjusted have nearly no equal.

I really like this comparison with no bias opinion. Comparing lots of diffrent brands and types trying to stay withing price groups and grouping types of speakers. I havent seen anyone doing this to this caliber. Do you plan on doing anything like this with subwoofers in the future? I would enjoy seeing that as well.

Stop worrying about the music, look for the best one for what kind of speaker your testing and chose 3. So you have variety and a sensible test. Ppl that watch youtube should know about copyrights. Lol. Keep it up, I've been looking to upgrade my factory set up. The added sub helps, but these videos showed me that I can get better sound out of the available speaker sizes I would use from factory, and create a better way to produce the sounds I want. 👍

I think you should run them with a low pass crossover at 2k or pick the average crossover point for a two way speaker system, let them run all the way down in low frequency. They should be in some sort of an enclosure as they would be in a vehicle. Image dynamics and hybrid Audio technologies would be a couple of good speakers to test. I like what you’re doing, anything you can do to compare speakers in a more real world listening environment will help. 👍🏼

Although your efforts are appreciated, I think it is best that you don't ask the public to make the decision of what sounds best. It's an unreasonable concept when you take into consideration, your microphone, KZbin audio, people's headphones and speakers etc. You should tell us what you think is sounding good to you. Your decisions should be based on putting the speakers in some sort of reasonable enclosure that simulates a car audio environment or your tests mean little in the real world. Thank you

Michael Chalmers normal car doors are roughly 1.5 cubic feet... I think he should buy a car door, seal it up besides the obvious window leak and test everything that way. Would be very cool. And yeah I said the same thing as you it’s very hard to truely appreciate the sound on KZbin but I think between mid bass, mid range, and the overall tone you can tell quite a bit on the KZbin videos but only when compared to another.

A big leaky box ... perfect ! - I found the video quite useful . Car doors are often even larger than 1.5 and they tend to serve as an infinite baffle... That is quite different from a speaker sitting on a table. The amount of time money and effort that went into the video is quite impressive 👍🏼
