Wow this hits close to home. I'm writing this and and you're only at point #2. I run my business solo, and hearing this is almost embarrassing. I'm that person who is doing 1 hour of 8 things a day, 5 days a week. I'm not an expert in anything and keep looking for new, not better. I just need to rank products, launch products and do this in new markets. I just need to be better, and cut the new. This isn't hard to hear because it's not great content, it's hard because it's the truth, and the truth hurts. But the first step to solving a problem is to recognise it and this video has given me the kick I need to go home, write up a plan and stick to it. 'Be as patient as you are ambitious'
