“Kalsu” 100 thrusters @ 135# EMOM 5 burpees. I have never wanted to quit a workout so bad half way through. If you’ve never tried it and want to see how much willpower you have to keep going this is the WOD to do 😩

Bergeron Beep Test: EMOM for 15 min 7 thrusters 30/20kg 7 burpees 7 pull ups The original says, the workouts ends whenever you fail to complete the 7-7-7. We do this: if you fail to complete the 7-7-7, continue with 6-6-6 and so on. So you will definitely do 15 minutes. Thats my all time favorite most painful workouts. It seems easy at the beginning, but at 5:00-7:00 the fatigue starts kicking in and you will have a death wish.

Murph with a 45 pound flack while carrying a 50 pound sandbag on the runs. Also did this in the middle east when it was 110 degrees...not the smartest decision.

Wow... I’ve done many benchmark WODs and Hero WODs in my almost 4 years of CF... But, my very 1st Open Workout 17.1 dumbbell snatches and burpee box jump overs ~ that was brutal and still is. Also, my favorite, yet painful Hero WoD is Hidalgo.

Shaun Lumley I got down to 3:30 doing 16+5 (21), 10+5 (15), 9. Once I was able to do it all unbroken I was able to knock another 15 seconds off. Play with your rep counts. Try unbroken and see if you can maintain. If not then try the above rep count. It works well.

I like the med ball carry. I have a 💯 lbs punching bag I like to carry. Around the block is a 1/2 mile and I do it twice for the mile. It's brutal. My hardest workout though was DT. That kicked my ass. Crip was shot and lungs on fire.

Surprised Kalsu isn’t on here haha. My worst WOD ever. Did 4 thrusters for first 10 mins then 3 thrusters for the rest to finish sub 30 and never wanted to quit so bad because of the burpees

Probably 17.5 did it rx but i don't have DUs (at all) i was a few reps off finishing when when time expired. work outs where you pick your own weight and have to go unbroken touch and go or hang cleans/snatches can get bloody tough. i always a challenging weight that really pushes my limits.

The sequence of exercises are 1. dead hang chin up; clapping push-ups; burpees and 30 seconds of jump rope for no rest between sets of 15, 12, 10, 9, 8 - 1. I don't remember the time it took me to complete it but I had to sit down for 5 minutes when I reached the #5 rep of the series. Great full body workout!

15.5 was the first Open WOD I ever did. My legs did not work for about a week. Ham Sandwich is awful. Hansen is another one I absolutely hated.

21-15-9 back squats, deadlifts, dumbbell bench press 40-50% of 1rm back squat weight on barbell 40-50% of 1rm for the bench press same barbell for squats & deadlifts, no using a rack spreads the work around, easy transitions, gets the heartrate up very quickly no workout makes me want to chuck more!

Whitten 5 rds for time- 22 kbs 53#, 22 24” box jumps, 400 m run, 22 burpees, 22 wb 20#. 40:21 first two rounds feel good then after that just miserable
