Love the post. Thank you! I have a question though. Aren’t lemons a natural diuretic? Lemons are also super detoxifying. I feel like I have to be careful with the lemon juice.

I'll guess ... watermelon. If you drink a lot of water, you must add sodium, as water washes it out through the kidneys.
