The thing about the labbing part, new players don't know how to use the practice mode, or whatever it's called, you only really got vague KZbin videos explaining what to do but not how to do things, not really anyone's fault but the lack of a tutorial on the game, which kinda sucks, I'm having trouble with defending against unblockables since I don't how how to defend them, even with tutorial usually in other games the practice modes are not really explained, making it intimidating for some to touch on the menus, I just got beat by the same guy 4 times and all he does is stand there and when I get close, do a kick, I went flying, and then combo me, he doesn't move at all xD, I think he was trying to be kind cause he went afk to try giving me a round but I would appreciate it more if he just fights normally, I don't mind getting bodied, since I'm new so I expect to be, but being bodied by someone going easy is a new level of rough lmao, and for now I main kazumi, really like her defensive poking playstyle, but I find myself sometimes being too aggressive so that's something I should work on.

Ive been playing tekken since I was 8, im 26 now, everything you said was facts. And I love fighting people online who rush combos, usually they’re so predictable on how they’re going to play.

1:19 thats not a back roll..... thats a toe kick which connected...... back rolls are NOT in tekken 7 anymore......this back roll in the vid is built into it when it connects.......otherwise it does not come out if they block it....

I love tekken but i hate players who use combos all the time, how do i handle combos? I also struggle with players who side step a lot, that scares me to death. Any tips?

ngl kinda lost. I thought getting up immediately was relatively safe. I understand you should mix up your get ups but the get up attack is pretty easily punished. Lastly Im glad you didnt mention the spring kicks cuz that is so free to punish xD.

Clearly made just to put a Tekken video out there, for the channel's sake. Also, "Arslan Ash and Knee were once beginners just like you", true, but not everyone will become just like them, leading viewers secretly believing/hoping they will, it's just false advertisement.

Also most top tekken players are legacy players. Meaning they played prior tekken games so already learned the fundamentals well before tekken 7 came out.

You use Word "combos" kinda wrong, If they do a combo, you cant do a thing about it, well unless its 10-hit string but its also not combo, you cannot combo on block

I've been struggling my whole life with how to study correctly, the fastest and most efficiently, despite being talented in many things. All these "tutorials" don't help with that. No step-by-step guides. So everyone's just learning different things at different times and become "better" at their own pace.

Thing is, online fighting games are still a joke because they require more precision, every one cant be ggpo or rollback. It works for games that deal with less data. Get real life, off-line friends. Its the best way.
