@@needfoolthings it's all real footage. However, often I need to stretch a 2sec clip to be 5 sec long, and to avoid having very choppy low frame rate an AI Optical Blending is used. It generates new frames between the real ones to make the footage smooth but when it comes to grainy stuff, it can produce some artifacts too. Maybe that's what looked fake to you.
