Good Question. I started washing my clothes on the whites setting and changing the water temperature to cold or cool. I pour my fabric softener in the bleach dispenser in hopes that it would release. So far, it works. But I use that liquid Downy Rinse. It's not as thick.

Spot cleaning your clothes prior to wash. I think that’s great I don’t have to do it in my side sink.

@@Pamela6743 what u mean spot cleaning? Also notice that when I use the fabric softener either liquid or the little pebbles it doesn’t dissolve. And the liquid softener stains some of my clothes

I had trouble also make sure you put deep water at every wash and it will clean the clothes there is a dispenser for bleach one cup limit and I just put some on the clothes as well inside for fabric softener you just add it in inside your clothes and also it has button for softner so it will sense it during wash when added

Actually when you wash your hands you hold them under flowing water or if you’re washing your whole body you fill a bathtub with water. The stupidity of the idea to not use water in a washing machine is of epic proportions here. I just got one of these and at the end of a wash cycle, even with the Deep Water cycle, clothes come out dry and unwashed. What’s the point of that?

Considering clothing may not be fully submerged in water during a wash cycle unless using the "deep water" setting, will using powder detergent or detergent pods work effectively in this style of washer, or do you recommend using a liquid detergent for optimal cleaning?

The ‘deep water’ setting still does not fill tub. Clothes must be below the water to wash sufficiently, that is just common sense. It says ‘press faucet option for a stream of water whenever you want it’ This is just false, when I press it during the wash cycle nothing happens! I miss my basic old machine that I had for 15 years, no technology, lots of water, clean clothes.

What’s E1 and F9 meaning?

I agree with most of these comments. Why can't there be simple/ easy instructions on how to operate this dang washing machine? Why is there a soak cycle and the dang water goes out with your soap? Why is there a soak cycle. I dont want a soak cycle that is automatic. Yes it is very loud! I'm going to have Costco take it back. The young lady that made the video on how to use it, thank you very much. I'm going to try it again.

I wash everything on deep water. Also can’t fill it with lots of clothes although I have used the bulky item setting a bunch of times. I hate this too.

This machine is terrible. Worst purchase I ever made. Since the machine does not submerge the clothes is not in a full tube of water, your clothes is left with detergent stains because not enough water in the washer tube to dissolve the clothes detergent. Please don't buy this product

Hate this Wash machine, don’t waste your money , is loud , wasch cycle is to long use a lot of water , it broke after couple of months and still not working right, you compare washing your hands to washing your clothes, if you wash your hands, you have more room to move your hands with a soap, if you wash the clothes, they don’t have enough water so they don’t be able to move freely around. They’re gonna be stuck together and don’t be washed right
