Superb explanation! Many thanks! How do I get stronger hamstrings while my quads are strong enough? I can't walk fast because of pain in my hamstrings, so I assume they must be weak. I have been working on my glutes and lower abdominals for over a month with your program now. I started noticing some differences already. Thank you so much for all your help!

This is really helpful. I've been experiencing extreme pain in the hamstring of one of my legs. I hope working on the glutes and abdominal muscles will help relieve the pain. Thank you

Hello! the area on either side of your knee and up the buttocks are your hamstrings. Follow the stretches to get that long term relief!!

Can i get your advice, i have ligament laxity all over, im an athlete, was a Marine, but at 43 i can literally grow and shrink because all my joints move way beyond normal ranges of motion, I'll release my QLs and psoas and ill literally grow a full inch, but will shrink back a few moments later, my ankles slide, ive had 6 acl reconstructions in the left knee about to have the seventh, and i have to flex my anterior tibalis, then my hamstrings will release.... I doots of isometric work to increase stabilization, but i feel like im missing something?

Those darn glutes & core again. I went to chiropractor today. Will start these exercises Sunday.

My baker cyst problem first started with my hamstrings locking up. Would pilates be helpful to strengthen my glutes and abs or would it just aggravate my baker cyst more? I've been doing your glute exercises, which really help!

I lost weight about 60 lbs and started suffering from sciatica and bulging disk . Do you think my loose skin from stomach is causing my sciatica pain I had never had sciatica pain when I weight 315

I do have sciatica..but this pain has to do with what I'm sitting and sleeping on. It irritates.. I've been to Dr's. And can't get anywhere. Not a normal situation.

Hey Karen! When a nerve becomes irritated, it becomes more sensitive along its entire distribution. So, everything that the sciatic nerve innervates will be more likely to spasm and emit pain signals. Even with something as simple as sitting.

I did the sqeezes in my bath sitting on my bottom. It stopped me using hamstrings because i needed my legs to keep me upright
