Glad you liked the video! Onion Bhajis traditionally don’t require eggs, but if you're following a version that calls for them, we'd recommend flax, chia, or psyllium as a good substitute.

This information is presented in the video. All of these subs equal 1 egg, for example 1/4 cup aquafaba = 1 egg, 1 tbsp chia + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg, and so on.
