Ohhhh! I'm so glad to hear you liked the ecoslay banana cream deep conditioner! I tried it in my own experience and loved it but didnt have a lot to compare it to. I also tried the jessicurl deep conditioner and I think I like the ecoslay better. It might be my protein-free deep conditioner for the foreseeable future!

Courtney, I've watched the Black Friday video twice and paused several times while on the Curlsmith site. I'm confused! I have the Hydrate and Plump leave in, the Shake and Shine and souflle in my cart. Do I need the flexi jelly if I'm using the souffle? And what about the mousse? I stayed up to get the Ecoslay conditioner and the new Lemon Drop Foam. The website lagged a bit so it didn't show the discount until 1215 am, but I got it! Annnnnnd I went back and got the curlsmith hairdryer and some products. I can't wait to try the dryer though. Edit 2: Everything got delivered today from Ecoslay and they accidentally sent me two of the orange marmalade and two of the banana conditioner. I got the Lemon Drop too, but they only sent one of that lol. The lemon drop doesn't have a listed date that it will go bad at so I definitely have to keep that in the fridge.

I like the shine the rose gold gives me. The first time I used it, I didn't put anything under it and my hair was crazy dry. But I tried it over the souffle and my hair it was my best hair day since restarting this journey! I also ordered the bonding oil, even though I already had the shine oil, because...I don't know! It was on sale? Also I think I need to find ways to incorporate more protein, which is why I ordered the shampoo/conditioner from their strength line.

No, the Curlsmith diffuser is more flat and doesn't have that deep bowl like the Black Orchid. It still works great, though, since you can dry a lot more hair at once.

Maybe someone can help. I have been doing the curly girl thing for a short time. Before that I straightened my hair with a blow dryer for 30 yrs. So its been maybe 5 months. My hair is falling out, a lot, ever since I started doing the curly girl thing. My hair is wavy curly. Is this common? Are there known ingredients that would do this? I do not know what to do, I've never had this happen.

I need help with my hair so badly!! It's low porosity and my hair is so freaking soft that I don't ever get a good cast, so no scrunching for me. My hair is so soft, that I feel like nothing I do works and my hair falls flat within hours! UGH! I use Innersense right now, and when I work, I use Blueberry Bliss leave-in conditioner since I go about 3-4 days between washes, my hair also has to be pulled back for work. When I first started 5 years ago, my hair was about a 3b, but now it's barely a 2b/2c. The bottom of my hair is basically 2a, and I get great bouncy coils at the top. But again, it lasts barely a few hours before my hair is totally flat :( Anyone with advice would be amazing.
