I felt this video and every word to the core...my main platform is on tiktok, its been a struggle over there so im afraid of what it would be like over here...ive bought everything needed to do youtube and its just sitting lol...the feel of...appreciation? The feeling that ppl actually enjoy us? Just isnt there anymore i guess. I too suffer from cronic illness (hypothyroid disease w/ the presence of goiters) and i am honestly tired enough as it is. Ive been here with you for like 4yrs now...i believe, been years i know that and you have definitely helped my dry hypothyroid hair SO SO much. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have both brushes. My hair is 2b, 2c and i love the original brush. It gives me great curl clumps. I also struggle with volume, so i bought it too. I found the clumps to not only to be smaller, they were so stringy. Haven't used it since. Stick with the original for me.

❤Fellow Melasma girly here!! Have you considered using a pigment inhibitor? Melasma typically doesn't resolve on its own and can benefit from active ingredients that help stop melanocyte formation. I have sensitive and acne prone skin, and have found some acne safe options if you need any! If you're ever interested in deep diving into skincare for Melasma Dr Shireen Idriss and Dr David Lim on KZbin both discuss Melasma at length and give helpful and interesting information. Love your channel!❤

Thanks!! Your videos rock. Very new to this. Most interesting thing in this video to me is hearing pros of diffusing and that stylers make hair air-dry way slower (though that has me curious to try sleeping in styled, non-diffused hair with strong gel cast on it overnight). My hair journey in case it interests anyone reading and just felt like sharing it here: Starting one step at a time: watching videos. Didn't buy any new products yet. Washed and conditioned with the new different techniques such as first time ever holding head upside-down in shower and very thorough scalp shampoo and raking in and squishing/pulsing in conditioner, etc.. That alone just one day of that has given me more volume, less tangles, no longer itchy scalp, cleaner and more cared for feel, tiny bit softer, and a bit wavier! Though can sense even just those 2 steps can improve such as adding in a brush for shower and conditioning roots. So focusing on just the shampoo and condition steps to see how that changes hair before any stylers and will try stylers one at a time before combining any so I can see one at a time each new step make changes. Tried wrapping in t shirt though now I hear micro-plopping better than plopping. Have not yet tried any stylers, diffuser, clarifier, deep conditioner - or better shampoo and conditioner. For years have done nothing to hair except underwash it, barely ever conditioner, air dry, never blow dry, zero dye, very rare chlorinated swims, at times much sun with never hats, at times too harsh of hairbands/styles but mostly now gentler ones or often air-drying in loose high bun in clip (that alone helps bring out wave). Some so-called natural techniques I think damaged it like baking soda, acv, Dr Bronners as shampoo - plus just buying whatever shampoos and conditioners are cheapest travel-size bottles I saw (and all those seemed too toxic). It is definitely over tangly and frizzy and I would guess overly dry. I lose too much hair in shower. Longest by far it has been in MANY years and so much gray in it now it has become thicker and finally more fully realized it is not straight but wavy with I sense more hidden wave definitely eager to come out - which is all so fun and somehow has me feel more ME the more the length and texture and non-dye are welcomed. But definitely need a haircut. Been starting to try long layers for first time ever. Need to find even better hairdresser; I want one who really understands encouraging wave. No hairstylist ever has really acknowledged or encouraged the wave cause it is easy to confuse with straight hair.

🐶🐶🐶 thank you so much for this comparison! I have wavy hear too, and i wondered if this brush could give me more volume. I don't think so, if i see your video. I like it more, if the clumps are bigger and have more definition. Can you show the shaking method you do between the styling?

Is my hair wavy or curly if it’s thick in the ends and not in the scalp. My hair when wet looks straight but does a little bit of s shapes and when dry from air it looks defined and it alså gets frizzy and when I brush it it gets proofy and looks like princess dianas hair. I think my hair is 2b 2c or maybe 3a I don’t know what do u think ?

Also, when I do get breakouts, what I’ve done for years that works really well, is to put a couple drops of 100% tea tree oil on a q tip and dab it on the blemish. I’ll do that morning and night, and it works so effectively and quickly.

I ordered from them in July after watching your previous video and I’ve loved the results!! I tried the oil cleansing method once before and knowing these are oil based had me sooooo nervous after my experience with that, but my skin has gotten so healthy! Really glad you shared these with us. The only hiccup I had was my own fault when I took them camping and didn’t wipe off the cleansing oil thoroughly enough, but my face is nice and reset now. I tried the black activated charcoal cleansing oil first but I found that it left black deposits in my pores that I couldn’t wipe off. Switched to the regular cleansing oil and problem solved. It really is amazing stuff! ❤

I have been seeing advertisements for a new hydrating line from matrix called food for soft. They claim it to be very hydrating and also depoofing. I've seen some places say it is sulfate and silicone free. I would like to hear what you think of that line, what you think about the ingredients, and if it is actually made of ingredients good for wavy hair, how it performs.
