This is the best workout video I've seen. I was amazed to find that my back pain decreased alot when I started working my glutes out, than I discovered this gem that explains it very well and gives some great exercises for the glutes. Very informative, educated, and we'll done. Thanks for this, excellent information source.

Hi. I find this video very beneficial. While im doing these excesses i keep hearing elan exces amount of pooping and grinding sounds from lower back.(sounds like knotted muscles ) These sounds appeared in lumbar also with tennis ball massaging my gluets. Its not painful but the strong sound and the abnormal amount of it is bothering. Should i just continue? Will it ever stop?

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, the "course" you refer to is not a course, but rather simply a recording of a live presentation from an IDEA conference. As I'm sure you can appreciate a live seminar is designed to be appreciated by the live audience in attendance. Our online courses are very different from recordings of live seminars and are specifically designed as courses to be completed as such (i.e., by students online). I am confident that any of our online courses will far than exceed your expectations and prove extremely useful and practical. I hope that make sense.
