I loved this podcast video. Thank you so much for inviting Patrick Holford for an interview. I have done the test and started with Omega3 and B-vitamins. Would love for the test to be available in other languages as not everyone speaks English so I can ask my dad to do it as I am concerned about him.

Where and how was fructose made so that it is added to food?

Fructose derived from fruits and mostly root vegetables. Most known is condensed corn syrup, being around for quite some time.
