You can pretty much guarantee that's what happened, someone went out to there workshop and built an insane monster like this turned up to race against the normal motoX bikes and then other people started building them..

That guard rail is extremely dangerous for the bikers: its edges cut like a sharp blade if impacted at high speed. They should replace it with jersey blocks or similar barriers.

They might as well put lights on them and ornaments and extend the swingarms a bit more so when you're riding down the freeway and ready to get over to the exit lane, when this guy starts passing you and you'll think"no biggie" and as his front tire and then body over the seat pass your view, a brightly lit, bus length, Christmas tree starts to just keep coming and coming like a train and you'll be in such awe of the uniqueness that you'll miss the last exit for 100 miles before the opportunity on the long over water bridge for a uturn finally comes.
