Work buddy gave me a lift with it. Holly hell, S class with air suspension can't hold a candle to it, it's VERY comfortable. Too bad FRA are no longer as brave with their cars.

@@Ludak021 That one was just super plastic, cheap made with too many functions tied to a tablet. Also terrible sound-proof. The car itself is stylish and cool

Sadly James was right it was sales flop. But forever a dream car success to me ever since I sat one at Bangkok Intl Motor Show back in 2005 never seen a more impressive looking and luxurious saloon car since.

Just got mine in white. Very beautiful. Very rare too, with the 4 cylinder double turbo and as an automatic. I love this car

@@torresalex they still aren't that expensive. A normal 2,2 engine one is still about 3.000-6.000€ "only". The bigger engines are of course more expensive most of the time. Mine with the 2,2 was 7.900 because it was in really good condition and because it's so rare

The car is from 2005. Give it LED-lights, new rims, modern engines and infotainment systems, and you could sell the same car again, without it looking "old". Compare Audis or BMWs from the same year and you'll realise how timeless the c6 is.

China is continuing to sell the new C6. The C6 in Europe is replaced by the DS9 and C5X made in China.

Why are you so angry? They all said it’s a very good car. Jeremy even said in another episode that it’s better than a BMW or a Jaguar & demonstrated how much better it’s suspension is compared to a BMW. Also I wouldn’t call McLaren a dump considering they’ve been consistently keeping the pace with the Italian supercars.

So sad the car was a FLOP because UNREALIABLE electronics and weird design. Same goes with the Peugeot 607 and Renault Vel Satis (The name sounds like a Tamil man name.)

yeah yeah american luxury cars from that era of this video like the chrysler 300c or a lincoln towncar with fake wood and some leather. Literally no, german cars did it great, look at old Mercs, night and day difference from american cars of the time, any time

I’m glad everyone else followed, they make great cars, but if we are talking about the earliest, first and the best, America wins when it comes to luxury cars. But I will tell you that the Mercedes 600 from the 60s is probably the greatest luxury car of all time.

Duesenbergs are indeed spectacular but an argument could be made the french were at their peak in the 1930s with brands such as Talbot-Lago, Bugatti, Avions-Voisin. As Duesenberg they were incredibly innovative mechanically but also forward thinking in terms of design & construction.
