The way I have the electric gokng to my house, I need to wire it as a sub panel and it wouldn't have been nearly as easy without that video, so thank you for that. The Twin Grip pliers are a MUST HAVE tool for any HVAC guy - you WILL need them to get the old, rusty, crusty, crumbly 5/16" screws out of old Inducer assemblies and heat exchangers on Rooftop Gas Furnaces. My co-worker drove across town the other day to get mine after calling, frustrated, about not being able to get an Inducer motor off of an RTU on a restaurant. He'll be getting a pair next paycheck. During the Fall/Winter mine live in my TP4B.

I would skip trade school and learn residential HVAC yourself and gradually start with simple HVAC work as you gain skill. There's nothing you can't learn yourself that they will teach you at trade school. That's just what I would do though. :)
